Meet Holly

Neuroaffirmative Parent Coach and Co-Regulation Expert

Hello! Thanks for being here. I'm a medically trained occupational therapist and I specialize in helping parents with kids who have meltdowns and difficulty with sensory processing. I’m passionate about helping families find the source of meltdowns and manage unmet needs with strategies that actually work! I know what it feels like to be desperately seeking answers, to try your best and have it not be enough to solve the problem. Through my clinical background in pediatric occupational therapy I’ve spent nearly a decade studying, observing, and facilitating behavior change using developmental approaches. I’ve gone through intense mentorship to strengthen my ability to quickly read movement cues and body language. This allows me to pick up on pieces of the meltdown puzzle that parents likely miss. As a parent myself, I understand how frustrating it can be to read about tools and strategies but not always know how to apply them. I’m here to bridge the gap between knowledge and experience. I help guide parents through skills targeting body awareness, emotional regulation, and sensory understanding. Research shows that kids learn best through play, so every aspect of meltdown management is introduced within play to improve the effectiveness of tools used in the moment of a meltdown.

Nature, Nurture, Neuro

Nature Nurture Neuro, LLC was created in 2024 to offer parents of toddlers and young children the tools they need to manage meltdowns and decrease overall stress and frustration. My coaching approach incorporates the nature of the child including their interests and preferences, nurturing trust and safety within parent-child relationships, and harnessing the power of neuroscience to ensure effective application of tools and strategies taught through play.
